Tempting Seafood Casserole
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced cooked lobster/Shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded mild process cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
In saucepan, cook celery, onion, and pepper in butter until tender.
Add soup and water.
Heat until soup is thawed.
Stir now and then.
Add seafood and lemon juice.
Pour into 1-quart casserole; top with cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until hot.
