Seafood Bake

Ingredients
  Sole fillet 1
  Red snapper fillet 1
  Small oysters 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lite salt/Sea salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

In shallow bake pan, grease with oil or butter very lightly.
Place layer of sole on bottom of pan, then layer drained oysters and layer of red snapper.
Put lemon juice and lite salt on each layer, if desired.
Scatter, alternately, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese on top.
Make tent of foil to cover for first 15 minutes of baking in 380° oven.
Remove foil and allow to brown lightly or until cheese bubbles.
Cut into squares and use spatula to serve.
