Broiled Boneless Shad

Ingredients
  Boneless shad 2 Pound
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon (Juice Of One Large Lemon)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, in small pieces
  Lemons 2 , cut into wedges
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Generously butter an ovenproof dish and lay shad in dish skin side down.
Salt and pepper the shad to taste and sprinkle lemon juice over.
Dot with pieces of butter and place in a preheated broiler 4 inches from source of heat.
Broil for approximately 5 minutes.
