Baked Seafood With Vegetables
|Medium shrimp||1 Pound|
|Canned crab meat||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery stalks||3 , sliced|
|Green onions||2 , cut 1-inch in lengths|
|Grated cheese/Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Clean shrimp and cut them in half, lengthwise.
Take bones out of crab meat.
Cut carrots in 1-inch strips, about 1/2-inch wide and 1/4 inch thick.
Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese or bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in oven at 350°F.for 1 hour.
