Hasty Shore Dinner
|Small shell pasta||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked in unsalted water and drained|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen imitation crabmeat||8 Ounce, thawed, drained and cut into chunks (1 Package)|
|Canned shrimp||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Canned french fried onions||2 4⁄5 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Return hot pasta to saucepan.
Stir in mayonnaise, milk, soup, crabmeat, shrimp, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can French Fried Onions and the seasonings; mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 35 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
