Jumbo Shells Seafood Fancies
|Pasta shells||16 Ounce, uncooked (1 Package, Jumbo Size)|
|Canned crabmeat||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked and cartilage removed (1 Can)|
|Canned tiny shrimp||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery leaves||4 (For Garnish)|
Add shells gradually to 6 quarts boiling salted water; cook until tender, yet firm.
Drain; rinse with cold water, then drain again.
Invert on paper towel-lined plate to cool.
Combine crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, salad dressing, celery, onion and pimiento in medium-size bowl.
If mixture seems too dry, add more salad dressing.
Spoon mixture into cooled shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Garnish with celery leaves.
