Ingredients
  Scallops 6 (Prepared)
  Spring onions 3 , finely chopped
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Sliced chorizo 55 Gram
  Prepared scallops 6
  Spring onion 3 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Dry fry the chorizo. Take care not to burn.
2. When they are brown, take them out.
3. Increase the heat of the pan, and add the scallops. It would take about a minute or two to cook the scallops.
4. They would stick to the pan and release by themselves when it done.
5. Just flip them over and cook for a moment.
6. Add the scallions, cook for another few seconds and put the chorizo back.
7. Finish the dish with chopped parsley.
8. Serve with wedges of lemon.
