Ingredients
  Cooked langoustines 12
For lemon & basil mayonnaise ingredients
  Lemon 1 , zest grated and juiced
  Cooked langostino 12
  Basil 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 150 Milliliter
Directions

1. Put the Langoustines in a pot of boiling water, cover the lid and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
2. To check if the Langoustines are cooked or not, open the back side of the Langoustines and the meat will be opaque which means it is cooked.
3. Serve with lemon and basil mayonnaise.
