Ingredients
For red vinegar and salad dressing
  Shallots 2 , chopped
For oyster rockefeller
  Red vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped shallots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 5 Tablespoon
  Oyster 1
  Oyster 12 , shucked
  Spinach 8 Ounce, washed cooked chopped (225 Grams)
  Creme fraiche 4 Tablespoon
  Pernod 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

RED VINEGAR AND SALAD DRESSING
1. Mix together shallots and vinegar.
2. Add a tsp of the dressing in the prepared oyster and ejoy raw oysters.

OYSTER ROCKEFELLER
1. Add all the ingredients over the raw oyster and bake it in oven at high temperature and enjoy.
