Simple Seafood Newburg
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)|
|Milk/Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seafood||1 Pound, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine soup, peas and milk.
Cook, covered with lid, at MEDIUM 4 to 5 minutes; stir once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through; stir once.
Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
