Shrimp With Tomatoes And Feta Cheese
|Mediterranean seasoning||2 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet)|
|Raw shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, deveined & rinsed (Preferably Wild Caught)|
|Pasta||1⁄2 Pound, prepared according to manufacturers directions|
|Roasted garlic oil||4 Teaspoon (Time Savor Gourmet Southwestern)|
|Sun dried tomatoes||4 Teaspoon, diced (Not In Oil)|
|Fennel||3 Cup (48 tbs), trimmed, rinsed and sliced thin|
|Seasoning||2 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet Mediterranean)|
|Shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound (Raw, Peeled, Deveined & Rinsed Preferably Wild Caught)|
|Feta cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled|
Add the Roasted Garlic Oil to a large skillet and heat over high heat. Add tomatoes and saute for 1 mintue. Add fennel and toss to coat. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until fennel is soft.
Add shrimp and Mediteranean seasoning. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until shrimp are opaque and fully cooked.
Transfer to a plate and serve with crumbled feta cheese.
