  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1 Pinch
  Tomatoes 1 Pound, peeled, seeded and diced
  Cooked whole kernel corns 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Abalone/2 pounds cleaned and skinned squid, cooked and diced 2 Pound, cooked and diced
  Peeled shrimp 1⁄4 Pound, deveined and cooked (Medium Sized)
  Lobster meat/Cooked crawfish 1⁄4 Pound
  Green bell peppers 2 , peeled, seeded and diced
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , cut into wedges
  Black olives 3
  Mussels 1 Pound, scrubbed, steamed, and left in the shell
Directions

Chill all ingredients well before assembling the salad.
Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add tomatoes, corn, abalone, shrimp, crawfish, and bell peppers.
Fold gently to combine.
Correct seasoning.
