This Seafood Thermidore is what you'd like to have as side dish with your pasta dishes. Try out this amazing blend of crab and shrimp and let me know if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Seafood Thermidore are welcome!
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Condensed cream of potato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tuna/7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed / 9 ounce cans shrimp, drained and deveined||9 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry sherry/Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cook pepper and onion in butter or margarine till tender.
Add soup and milk.
Cook and stir till hot.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
Stir in seafood and sherry or lemon juice.
