Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of potato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tuna/7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed / 9 ounce cans shrimp, drained and deveined 9 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry sherry/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook pepper and onion in butter or margarine till tender.
Add soup and milk.
Cook and stir till hot.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
Stir in seafood and sherry or lemon juice.
Heat through.
