Shellfish Cocktail With White Wine And Lemon

Ingredients
  Scallops/Medium-size deveined, shelled, and cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound (Use Raw Ones)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated lime peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid hot pepper seasoning 4 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

If scallops are used, first poach them in simmering water, just until they lose their translucence throughout (about 8 to 10 minutes).
Place cooked scallops or shrimp in a deep bowl.
Mix together lime peel and juice, wine, catsup, and hot pepper seasoning; pour over seafood.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
