Jiffy Grilled Plaice
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen plaice fillets/8 small fillets plaice||2 Kilogram, partially thawed (1 Large Size Carton)|
Melt the margarine in the grill pan.
Season the fish and lay it flesh side down in the pan.
Cook for 1 minute.
Turn with flesh side up and grill steadily until golden brown and cooked, about 5-8 minutes, depending on thickness.
Arrange on a hot serving dish, add lemon juice to the remaining fat in pan, reheat.
Pour over the fish.
Sprinkle liberally with chopped parsley.
