Low Country Boil
|Shrimp||1 Tablespoon (Boil)|
|Corn on the cob||1 , broken|
|Raw, unpeeled shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Fill a large pot with enough water to cover ingredients.
Add crab and shrimp boil.
When water comes to a boil, add sausage and corn.
Boil 10 minutes.
Boil 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp turns pink. (Long cooking toughens shrimp.)
Remove and drain sausage, corn and shrimp.
