|Shortening/Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Arrange peaches in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
Combine melted shortening or oil & sugar.
Sift flour, salt and soda together; stir in oats.
Blend with sugar mixture, crumbling well with hands.
Add vanilla and spread over peaches.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
