|Duchesse potatoes||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Chipolata||8 , cooked|
|Egg||2 (As Needed)|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Needed)|
1) Beat the egg.
2) Divide the potato into 8 portions.
3) With floured hands, mould potato around each sausage and coat with egg and breadcrumbs.
4) Deep fry until golden brown and drain.
5) Serve either hot or cold as snack.
