Scotch Sour

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Angostura bitters 2 Drop
  Fresh lemon juice 1
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Whisky 3 Fluid Ounce (3 parts)
  Maraschino cherry 1 (optional)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes.
2) Shake bitters over the ice.
3) Stir in lemon juice, sugar and whisky.
4) Keep on shaking until a frost forms.
5) Strain the drink.
6) Pour into a sour glass.

SERVING
7) Serve garnished with cherry on top.
