Hearty Scotch Breakfast

Ingredients
  Quick cooking oats 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweetened rhubarb sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), with honey
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Unflavored yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Mix oats, water, salt, rhubarb sauce, and raisins in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat, cover pan, and let stand for a few minutes.
Stir in walnuts, brown sugar, and margarine.
Spoon yogurt over mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg.
