Hearty Scotch Breakfast
|Quick cooking oats||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), with honey|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)|
|Unflavored yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Mix oats, water, salt, rhubarb sauce, and raisins in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat, cover pan, and let stand for a few minutes.
Stir in walnuts, brown sugar, and margarine.
Spoon yogurt over mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg.
