Scotch Rabbit has a great taste. The eggs with cheese give the Scotch Rabbit a defining taste. If you like recipe with cheese and eggs then you must try this Scotch Rabbit recipe.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Pound, cubed
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Melt butter in top of double boiler.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add seasoned salt, mustard, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and milk.
Add eggs gradually, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
