Mother'S Day Brunch Part 2 - English Scones

If you want to fix a brunch recipe in short time to celebrate Mother's Day, then this would be just right for you. Make your mother proud of you by treating her with this special recipe.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar, and cinnamon chips.
Mix them well.
Add half-&-half, mix until dough is lumpy.
Take a little scoop of dough and drop on the cookie sheet.
Repeat the process with all scones.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.

These scones seem to have less fat. Instead of half-&-half, can we use cream?

The video says the original recipe had cream, so yes. She also said you could use whole milk if you want even less fat.
