Mother'S Day Brunch Part 2 - English Scones
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar, and cinnamon chips.
Mix them well.
Add half-&-half, mix until dough is lumpy.
Take a little scoop of dough and drop on the cookie sheet.
Repeat the process with all scones.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.
