Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 1 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind/Orange rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, orange rind, and raisins. Combine eggs and milk and add to dry mixture. Knead lightly. Roll into rectangle. Cut into squares, and then cut squares in half from corners. If desired, brush with slightly beaten egg whites. Bake on baking sheet about 10 to 12 minutes.
