Honey and Oat Scones

Ingredients
  Self raising flour 6 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Rolled oats 2 Ounce
  Milk 4 Fluid Ounce
  Runny honey 1 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , grated rind
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 425°F
2. Also grease the baking tray

MAKING
3. In a larger bowl, place the flour and salt, blend in the butter till the mixture looks like breadcrumbs, now stir in the oats, pour in milk to make mixture soft and smooth and not sticky
4. On a board, place the mixture, take a knife and cut into diamond shapes and place them on the baking tray, take the honey and warm it, then brush the honey over the top of the scones and sprinkle grated orange rind over the scones
5. Finally bake on top for 8-10 minutes

SERVING
6. Serve warm with butter
