|Sifted flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Special oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1.Sieve flour, confectioner's sugar, salt and baking powder together.
2.Fold oil, egg, lemon rind and milk into the flour mixture and blend well using a spoon until smooth.
3.Allow the mixture to stay for 10 minutes.
4.Take a skillet or a griddle and heat it.
5.Put drops of the batter in it using a tablespoon.
6.Cook until the mixture rises and starts bubbling on the sides.
7.Flip and cook on other side as well.
8.Serve with jelly.
