Ingredients
  Self rising flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 Place a griddle or a heavy bottomed frying pan over heat.
2 In a bowl sift the flour and salt.Stir in sugar.
3 Make a well in the centre of the sifted flour and drop in the egg,gradually add the milk.
4 Bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 400 degrees farenheit for about 30 minutes.
5 Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

SERVING
6 Serve fresh, as a breakfast bread or as a quick substitute for yeast-baked bread.
