Peach Scones

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Chilled butter/Stick margarine 1 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
  Low fat vanilla yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped dried peaches 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Fat free milk 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and powder and salt
3. Add in butter, cutting it with a pastry blender and mix well till you achieve the consistency of a coarse meal
4. Add yogurt and peaches and stir until just moist
5. Dust a work surface with flour and turn the dough just prepared onto it, kneading four to five times
6. Pat it into a 5" circle and place it on a baking dish lined with cooking spray
7. Cut the cicle into four wedges, seperate them and brush with milk and sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar
8. Bake in the oven for fourteen minutes or until golden

SERVING
9. Serve as appropriate
