|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mashed potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cold|
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add butter and potatoes, mixing well.
Add milk to make a soft dough.
Pat out on a floured board to 1/2 thickness.
Cut into shapes and bake at 475° F for 10 - 15 minutes.
