|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon (Royal)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Sieve in flour with baking powder, sugar and salt. Rub in shortening and mix gently. Whisk eggs slightly, add milk and mix. Add egg mixture to dry mixture.
3. Transfer to floured board and roll out into ½ inch thick. Cut into round shape.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Serve as required.
