|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Banana||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed|
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
Beat banana, butter, egg and milk together.
Make a hollow in the flour mixture.
Pour liquid in and mix with a fork.
Stir until there are no areas of flour left.
Drop onto a greased baking sheet using two spoons.
Bake in 200°C (400°F) oven.
