|Self rising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mashed pumpkin||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Herb butter||1 Tablespoon (for dressing)|
Step 1-Cream butter and sugar with hot water.
Step 2-Add egg and beat well.
Step 3-Add pumpkin, then flour and salt. If too stiff, add a little milk.
Step 4-Roll out (add more flour if needed to give correct consistency).
Step 5-Cut in rounds and bake at 350 degrees fareinhite for 08 minutes.
