Raisin Mini Scones

Ingredients
  Margarine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), melted
  Quick-cooking oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg substitute 4 Tablespoon (Equivalent To 2 Eggs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 24 Gram (Equivalent To 1 Cup Sugar)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine margarine and oats.
Stir in egg substitute, vanilla and sweetener.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to oat mixture alternately with milk.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
