Raisin Mini Scones
|Margarine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), melted|
|Quick-cooking oats||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Egg substitute||4 Tablespoon (Equivalent To 2 Eggs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Artificial sweetener||24 Gram (Equivalent To 1 Cup Sugar)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a large bowl, combine margarine and oats.
Stir in egg substitute, vanilla and sweetener.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to oat mixture alternately with milk.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
