Oatmeal Date Drop Scones

Ingredients
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large
  Light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cake flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Not Self Rising)
  Old fashioned rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Double acting baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon (3/4 Stick)
Directions

Whisk together the milk, the egg, the brown sugar, and the vanilla until the mixture is combined well.
In another bowl stir together the flour, the oats, the baking powder, the baking soda, and the salt and blend in the butter until the mixture
