Ham And Potato Scones
|Potatoes||4 Medium, cooked and mashed|
|Mushrooms||4 , finely diced|
|Ham||4 , finely diced|
|Onion||1 , finely diced|
|Flour||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Butter||20 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoons)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
2 Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth.
3 Roll out like a large sausage.
4 Cut into 10 slices.
5 In a pan, heat oil.
6 Fry each slice until browned on both sides.
7 Drain well on paper towels.
8 Serve hot.
