Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium, cooked and mashed
  Mushrooms 4 , finely diced
  Ham 4 , finely diced
  Onion 1 , finely diced
  Flour 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Butter 20 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoons)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
2 Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth.
3 Roll out like a large sausage.
4 Cut into 10 slices.
5 In a pan, heat oil.
6 Fry each slice until browned on both sides.
7 Drain well on paper towels.

SERVING
8 Serve hot.
