Scones

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Concentrated acesulfame k 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Packets)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 3 Teaspoon
  Nonfat yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (No Sugar Added)
  Egg whites 2
Directions

Combine in the bowl of a food processor the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, acesulfame-K, and cinnamon.
Add the margarine cut into small pieces.
Pulse the food processor off and on just long enough to combine; do not over-process.
Add the yogurt and egg whites.
Process very briefly.
Turn this sticky dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
Pat it out.
Use a rolling pin to make a circle about 3/4 inch (1.75 cm) thick and about 8 inches (20 cm) round.
Cut into wedges as follows: Cut the circle in quarters, then cut each quarter into three sections.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 15 minutes.
