|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Condensed mincemeat||9 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in margarine until crumbly.
Stir in 1 egg, milk and mincemeat; mix well.
On floured surface, knead dough lightly 10 times.
Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into 2-inch circles.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
For a more golden color, brush with beaten egg, if desired.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
