Raisin And Walnut Scones
|Self raising flour||6 Ounce|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed for mixing)|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Tablespoon|
Sieve flour and salt together.
Rub in the margarine, add all other ingredients, making a dough of a soft roll consistency.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut into small rounds, put on to a lightly greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes (475°F.€”Gas Mark 8).
