2 In a bowl, add 2 cups of flour along with 2 tablespoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix well.
3 Gradually cut in the butter using a fork.
4 In a bowl, combine the milk with vanilla yogurt, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix well.
5 Gradually add the flour mix in to the milk mixture, stirring constantly.
6 Add in a little more milk if the batter is too dry.
7 Fold in the chocolate and raspberries.
8 Lightly dust your hands with flour and work the mixture into four even sized balls, flattened slightly as shown in the video.
9 Cut each piece diagonally in to four halves.
10 Lightly brush the scones with egg wash.
11 Bake until done.
12 Serve along with some whipped cream (optional)
