Breadtopia visited the United Kingdom to find some artisan baking, and meet the author of How to Make Bread, Emmanuel Hadjiandreou. He met us at King's Cross Station in London, then we traveled by train to North Nottinghamshire.

The School of Artisan Food in the expansive Welbeck estate in North Nottinghamshire is the place to be if artisanal baking beckons you.
