Application fee: $40. Tuition: $5710 per quarter (culinary arts, restaurant management); $5330 per quarter (pastry arts). Program-related fees include $2100 for books, kits and supplies (culinary arts/restaurant management); $1300 for books, kits and supplies (pastry arts).

Housing
Average off-campus housing cost per month: $350.
