Typical Expenses
Application fee: $50. In-state tuition: $10,080 per year full-time (in district), $336 per credit part-time. Out-of-state tuition: $12,680 per year full-time, $422 per credit part-time. Program-related fees include $180 for knife kit; $300 for uniforms; $250 for tools.

Financial Aid
In 2004, 16 scholarships were awarded (average award was $937). Program-specific awards include Stroehmann Scholarships, Boiaroi Scholarship, Distinguished Visiting Chef Scholarships. Employment placement assistance is available. Employment opportunities within the program are available.

Housing
Coed housing available. Average on-campus housing cost per month: $400. Average off-campus housing cost per month: $300.

Application Information
Students may begin participation in January and August. Application deadline for fall is July 1. In 2004, 298 applied; 251 were accepted. Applicants must submit a formal application.
