Typical Expenses

In-state tuition: $1747.50 per semester full-time (in district), $145.67 per credit hour part-time. Out-of-state tuition: $2636.50 per semester full-time, $331.85 per credit hour part-time. Program-related fee includes $100 for food for each food preparation course.

Financial Aid

In 2004, 3 scholarships were awarded (average award was $500); 2 loans were granted (average loan was $500). Employment placement assistance is available. Employment opportunities within the program are available.


Single-sex housing available. Average on-campus housing cost per month: $378. Average off-campus housing cost per month: $450.

Application Information

Students may begin participation in January, June, and August. Application deadline for fall is August 25. Application deadline for spring is January 20.
