Typical Expenses

Tuition: £3250-£18,945 for 5 weeks-9 months.

Financial Aid

In 2005, 10 scholarships were awarded (average award was £2230). Program-specific awards include International Association of Culinary Professionals scholarship, James Beard Foundation scholarship. Employment placement assistance is available. Employment opportunities within the program are available.


Average off-campus housing cost per month: £1400.

Application Information

Students may begin participation in January, March, April, June, July, August, September, and October. Applicants must submit a formal application, curriculum vitae, and letter of motivation.
