Seared Scallop

Seared Scallop is a very simple yet elegant seafood recipe, which is crisp and glazed outside, tender and moist inside.
To make a meaty and tasty Seared Scallop, the scallops should be dry and seared quickly in a hot pan so that the outsides get a lovely crisp, brown crust and the insides remain tender and creamy.
