15 Minutes Baked Scallops
|Chopped shallots/Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Fine bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Wash scallops to remove sand; dry on paper towels.
Place in 4 buttered shells or buttered casserole.
Saute shallots in 2 tablespoons butter until soft; distribute evenly over scallops.
Melt remaining butter; add lemon juice.
Pour over scallops; sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake in preheated 375 Â°F oven 12 to 15 minutes, until scallops are tender when pierced with knife.
