Steamed Scallops In Black Bean Sauce

Steamed scallops in black bean sauce is a flavorful and savory preparation of scallops cooked in the microwave. Made with soy sauce and ready made black bean sauce, the scallops are cooked with spring onions and chili with sugar to taste and can be served over rice. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Scallops 500 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 2 , finely sliced
  Chili 1 , seeded and finely chopped
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Black bean sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large bowl combine oil, onions and chilli; cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.

Stir in cornflour, sugar, soy sauce and black bean sauce.
3.
Add scallops; stir well.
4.
Cook for 6 minutes on MEDIUM, stirring twice during cooking.
