Scallops In White Wine

Ingredients
  Scallops 3⁄4 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Butter crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Wash and dry scallops; cut in two if large.
Heat butter in skillet; saute mushrooms and onion until tender but not overcooked.
Stir in flour; cook several minutes.
Stir in wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley; bring to a boil.
Add scallops.
Spoon into casserole; sprinkle with buttered crumbs and paprika.
Bake in 375°F toaster oven 25 minutes.
