Scallops Au Vin
|Garlic cloves||2 Large, minced|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Large sea scallops||1⁄2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine butter, garlic, onions, paprika, and wine in 1-cup glass measure.
Cook on HI, 2 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Preheat browning dish according to manu-facturer's instructions.
Place scallops in dish and cook on HI, 4 to 5 minutes.
Transfer to serving dish.
Pour hot butter sauce over scallops, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
