Sauteed Scallops

Ingredients
  Scallops 1 Pint
  Fat/Oil 6 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Onion 1 Small
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Toast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wash the scallops and simmer gently in a small amount of boiling water for 5 min.
Drain well and shake over fire to dry.
Chop the onion fine and cook in the fat until tender.
Add the scallops and saute until brown on all sides.
Sprinkle with the salt, pepper and parsley.
Serve on toast.
