|Italian style risotto rice||8 Ounce|
"Place scallops, shrimp, tomatoes and green pepper cubes on skewers; sprinkle with seafood seasoning.
Grill over charcoal or broil in oven until done, basting frequently with butter.
Prepare rice according to package directions, place in serving dish.
Place kabobs on rice; serve.
Kabobs may be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook."
